Rose & Poison will be at the Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair 2007 in Nurnberg (Nuremberg), Deutschland.

We will show at international distributors and retailers our new board games: "Faerie tales ", a boardgame by Christophe Boelinger (the author of "Dungeon Twister "), and "Canossa", a strategic boardgame by Walt Castagno, and the new products for 2007.

Rose & Poison will be at the Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair 2005 in Nurnberg (Nuremberg), Deutschland, on 10 - 15 February 2005 at Scribabs stand, hall NEC - Bruessel - C-12. This is the most important trade fair, with exibitors and trade visitors from all over the world.

We will show at international distributors and retailers our new board games: "Obscura Tempora", a card game by Andrea Angiolino (the author of "Wings of War"), and "Deus vult", a board game by Giacomo Sottocasa and Sergio Giovannini.

Scribabs will present the English and Deutsch translation of his boardgame "Millenarocca".

Joust! a game of Medieval Knights Tournaments

We have no exact date for when jousting really started as a formal event, but the
first written tournament guidelines are those written in 1066 by Geoffroi de Purelli,
Frenchman killed at the tournament for which he made the rules.
History tells us Joust was extremely popular all through Europe during the fourteen
hundreds. Jousting tournaments were initially military exercises between nobles...

Rose and Poison at Lucca Comics & Games 2004.

Rose & Poison will be at Lucca Comics & Games 2004, the most important fair in the Italian game business. We will announce the new products for the horror role game "Sine Requie" and the new games of Andrea Angiolino, "Obscura tempora" and "Deus Vult" by Giacomo Sottocasa and Sergio Giovannini.

Rose & Poison signed an agreement for the publishing and distribution of its games "Prend e Porta a Casa" and "Crash! the banrkupt game" in Deutschland, BeNeLux, Poland, Russia and the whole Eastern Europe.
In every edition the games will be both in the local language and English.
More we are glad for the personal success of Alberto Bontempi (the artist) that illustrated al the cards of the games, that will be used in the new foreign editions.

Our horror rps "Sine Requie" won the "best of show" award at Lucca Comics and Games, the most important Italian show about games.

What's a Role Playing Game
A role playing game (or RPG) is a game in which players do play roles, exactly like at the theater, only there is no audience and no script, and they do it just for their own amusement. A player acts the role of a character, whose description is usually written on a sheet called 'character sheet' (dhu!), while a game master or narrator keeps track of what's happening, acts every part which is not covered by a player, and cares for rules, coherency and consistency of the game itself.
